Sound Healing / Microdosing
Q: Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing to join?
A: Not at all. These sessions are for everyone — whether you’re brand new or already familiar with sound work. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to receive. The frequencies will meet you exactly where you are.

Q: What should I wear or bring to a session?
A: Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. Mats, blankets, and everything you need to feel supported will be provided for you. There’s nothing you need to bring — simply come as you are.
Q: Is microdosing safe? Will I feel “high”?
A: Microdosing involves taking a very small, sub-perceptual amount (1g) of psilocybin truffles. You will not experience hallucinations or a “trip.” Most people feel gently softened — more open, introspective, and emotionally attuned. Everything is held in a safe, loving, and legally supported space.
Q: What if I feel nervous about microdosing?
A: It’s completely okay to feel nervous. That’s why we begin with a grounding check-in to connect, talk through the experience, and set clear intentions. You’re always in control, and you’ll never be pushed to go beyond what feels right.
Q: Can I eat or drink before a microdosing session?
A: It’s best to come with a light stomach. A small meal 2–3 hours before the session is usually fine, but avoid alcohol or heavy foods. Water or herbal tea is welcome.
Q: Is there anything I should avoid after the session?
A: Give yourself time to integrate. Rest, reflect, and stay off your phone or screens if possible. Journaling or spending time in nature can help ground the experience.
Q: Who should not participate in microdosing sessions?
A: Microdosing is not suitable if you are:
-
Taking SSRIs or MAOIs
-
Pregnant or nursing
-
Have a history of psychosis or severe mental health conditions
If you’re unsure, we can always connect beforehand to see what feels aligned.
