In this 60-minute online session, we’ll connect via Zoom for a deeply relaxing, energy-balancing experience that supports your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works across time and space. Just like WiFi reaches every corner of your home without wires, Reiki flows effortlessly — guided by intention and connection.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in to feel into how you are and what you’re seeking support with. You’ll then lie down or rest comfortably while I tune into your energy field and channel universal life force energy. As I work, you may feel warmth, lightness, emotion, or simply a deep sense of peace. The session ends with a short reflection to help you ground and integrate what you received.
