A: Mentoring is less structured than coaching and more intuitive than therapy. It’s a soul-to-soul space — grounded, reflective, and supportive. While therapy often focuses on mental health and coaching on goals, mentoring explores your inner landscape, spiritual awakening, and energetic alignment.
Q: What can we talk about in a session?
A: Anything that’s present for you. We can explore spiritual experiences, intuitive development, emotional processing, life transitions, relationship patterns, or simply hold space for whatever is unfolding. There’s no fixed agenda — just honest, heart-led connection.
Q: Do I need a specific issue to book a session?
A: Not at all. Sometimes we don’t even know what we need until we’re in the space. If you’re feeling a pull to connect, that’s enough. This is a space to be seen, supported, and gently guided — whether you’re in clarity or confusion.
Q: Can I do mentoring after a QHHT session?
A: Yes, absolutely. Many clients feel something profound opens after QHHT, and they want a safe space to integrate or talk through what’s come up. Mentoring offers an open container for continued unfolding, at your own pace.
